Fiesta Inn Playa Del Carmen

We absolutely loved the two nice pools on top, especially when the weather was hot and sunny. The basic gym was sufficient for our needs, and the friendly staff, although their English was often poor, were always willing to help. The inside garden was a nice touch, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Felt very lucky, no complaint.

Staff friendly, helpful, like family. Beautiful, new, well-maintained property. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, beach. Great walking distance but not noisy. Rooftop lounge, pools enjoyable. Good breakfast, balcony in room.

Clean and comfortable rooms with all necessary accessories mentioned online. Polite and helpful staff, including Javier, who provided exceptional service. Excellent location close to the city center, Mamitas beach, restaurants, and bars. Convenient proximity to transportation options such as the ADO bus station and the Cozumel ferry.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. I was able to easily explore the vibrant nightlife and enjoy the bustling tourist strip nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. The facilities, including the rooftop pools, were a great addition to my stay. it was a wonderful experience.

One downside was the lack of umbrellas available to borrow on rainy days. It would have been nice to have that option, especially for a hotel of this standard.

Great location! The rooms were comfortable and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. We enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop pool after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with a baby bed for our stay. The hotel's proximity to the beach and restaurants made it very convenient. I would recommend this hotel for its central location and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance and the beach club just a short walk away. It's also close to the nightlife, which is a plus. The service was top-notch, including room service and housekeeping. We appreciated the airport shuttle and welcome drink as well. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
